Excellent road and rail links to London, Gatwick Airport, The Channel Tunnel and Channel Ferries. Also accessible from Heathrow and Stanstead Airport by bus to Brighton Pool Valley Bus Station. By road from London/ M23: A23 to town centre and seafront. Turn left at Brighton Pier, eighth turning off Marine Parade (A259). Sea Spray is located on the East side of square. From Brighton railway station: a short taxi ride or bus number 27 or 7 to New Steine. From Brighton Pool Valley Coach/ Bus Station: with the sea in front of you, turn left. Cross over the roundabout at the pier and walk along Marine Parade for 3 minutes.
