By car, follow signs to city centre and seafront. At junction in front of Brighton Pier keep to left lane and take sharp left (signed to Rottingdean A259). Charlotte Street is 15th turning along Marine Parade with large brown brick Lanes Hotel on corner. Brighton Pavilions is half way up on right. Come to hotel first - do not try to park before checking in. PLEASE NOTE ... We are in a Residents Parking Zone. If you are driving, you are advised to REQUEST HOTEL PARKING PERMITS directly from us the Hotel @ £5 per 24 hours (these permits are NOT available from LateRooms) By train or coach, take a taxi from the Station with average fare of £5.00
