We operate a two night minimum stay policy during the weekends and 3 nights during the bank holiday weekends.We do not accept large groups or stag and hen parties.Sorry no children under the age of 12 accommodated.It is important to advise arrival time when booking to ensure we are here to greet you when you arrive.

The Griffin is situated two minutes from the Palace Pier, Just off St James Street in trendy Kemptown. Drive down to the Aquarium roundabout by the pier and take the first turning on the left, Madeira Place is then the fifth turning off the seafront on your left.
