The Grade II listed building was built around 1820, and has a pretty front garden from which you can see the sea. Located in Kemp Town, it is close to everything you are likely to want to see and do in Brighton; the Pier and Royal Pavilion are 5 minutes away; the Conference Centre a 15 minute walk along the seafront; whilst a wide variety of bars, restaurants and clubs are close by. Shopping in the Lanes and North Laine is within easy reach, again within a few minutes' walk.

Colson House can only accept children over 12 and is unable to accommodate animals, other than assistance dogs.

Directions
By Car (from the M23/A23): - Follow all signs to the seafront. You will emerge at Brighton Pier. - Take a left at the roundabout there, following the seafront road (A259) with the sea on your right, past the bars, until the 1st major set of traffic lights. - Turn left there into Lower Rock Gardens and over the next lights into Upper Rock gardens. Colson House is on the left.
By Train: Brighton Station is served from London Victoria by fast trains, and also from Kings Cross Thameslink and Blackfriars. Once at the station, taxis are readily available. Alternatively, a walk would take you approximately 20 minutes.
By Air. Gatwick Airport is the closest airport, only 30 minutes away by train. There is also a coach service.
From Heathrow Airport, it is advised that you take the tube to Victoria and then a fast train to Brighton from there.
From Stansted Airport, take the Stansted Express and change at Tottenham Hale to the Victoria Line. Take that tube to Victoria and then get the fast train to Brighton.
Coaches do serve both Heathrow and Stansted, but the journey is a long one.
